About me:I currently work as a research scientist at the Spatial Information and Modelling department at Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development (IÖR). I am also a guest researcher at the Urban Transformations group at Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK).
I did my PhD at PIK on the topic of the impacts of urbanization on urban climate. Using numerical models and remote sensing data, I explored the interaction between the urban heat island effect and urbanization. Before that, I received a master's in Water Informatics and a bachelor's in Geographic Information Science both from Zhengzhou University, China.
